1. Who we are
This website is operated by Giri Coffee Works (ಗಿರಿ ಕಾಫಿ ವರ್ಕ್ಸ್), a family-owned coffee house established in 1945 by Venkataramanna Shetty, now run by the third generation of the family. Our shop and roastery are at:

2. Products & descriptions
We sell freshly roasted and ground coffee powder, whole beans, blends, Malnadu specials, kashaya and gift packs. Our coffee is sourced from Chikkamagaluru and roasted and ground in-house. We take care to describe each product accurately, but roast colour, grind and aroma are natural products and may vary slightly batch to batch. Product images are illustrative.
3. Prices & taxes
Prices shown on the site are indicative while the final price list is being confirmed. The price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Every pack shows its MRP, which is inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Net weight, best-before date and country of origin are stated on each pack. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.
4. Ordering
You may place an order through this website or over WhatsApp / phone. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and, where applicable, payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Online payment is coming soon. Until it goes live, orders are confirmed over WhatsApp / phone and paid via UPI as agreed with us. We do not collect or store your card details; when online payments launch, they will be handled by a secure third-party payment gateway.
6. Shipping
We ship across India by India Post. Dispatch timelines, charges and tracking are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,000; otherwise a flat ₹60 applies.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellation
Coffee is a perishable food product, so opened or used packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is the wrong item, we will replace or refund it — see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — see our Cancellation Policy.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka (jurisdiction to be confirmed on legal review).
