Shipping Policy
We ship freshly roasted coffee across India by India Post, packed to keep it fresh on the journey to you.

1. Where we ship
We ship across India via India Post. International shipping is coming in a later phase — until then we can serve addresses within India only.
2. Dispatch timelines
We roast, grind and pack to order for freshness. Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days — the exact timeline is to be confirmed before go-live. Delivery time after dispatch depends on India Post and your location; more remote pin codes may take longer.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,000. For orders at or below that value, a flat ₹60 shipping charge applies. Any charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the India Post tracking details over WhatsApp / phone so you can follow it to your door.
5. Packaging & freshness
Because coffee is best fresh, we roast and grind close to dispatch and pack in protective, sealed packaging to preserve aroma and protect against damage in transit. Each pack carries its net weight and best-before date.
6. Undeliverable or wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number when ordering. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery — we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Any additional postage for re-dispatch to a corrected address may be payable by you.
7. Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
