Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched — just reach out and we'll sort it.

1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Simply message us on WhatsApp or call +91 96320 01818 with your order details. Because we roast and grind to order, the sooner you tell us, the easier it is to stop the order.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with what you receive — a damaged parcel or the wrong item — please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and report it within 48 hours with photos.
3. Refund of any prepaid amount
If you paid in advance and cancel before dispatch, any prepaid amount is refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the same method you paid from (for example the same UPI / account); once online payments go live, they will be refunded to the original payment method. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellations by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens, we will let you know and refund any amount paid in full.
